Quality Policy

MARSILINOX – Indústria Metalúrgica, Lda., is a company based in Vale de Cambra, Portugal, which is dedicated to the following activities:

• Provide services in the areas of Laser Cutting, Robotic Welding, Punching, Bending, Welding and Grinding
• Manufacturing Equipment Industries

The company invests in its business in compliance with the following aspects:

• Customer satisfaction, through strict adherence to the requirements agreed expectations and overcoming these;
• Quality, Safety and Products Innovation, Solutions and Productive Equipment, ensuring strict compliance with the legal conditions;
• Betting on Continued Improvement of Organizational Performance, at the level of its system of quality management and the level of their products.

However, customer satisfaction has to be achieved in a cost effective way to ensure the continuity of the company, so we should all bear in mind that aspects of improved productivity, elimination of waste and liability individual are key.

The activities included in the Quality Management System are established, actually implemented and documented in the Quality Manual, following a process approach in accordance with standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008.

MARSILINOX – Indústria Metalúrgica, Lda., is engaged in critical analysis of Quality Management System, as an essential tool optimization organizational and continuous improvement, counting on the support of all.
